More New Tech for Kids at Roselle Library
We are excited about two of the most recent additions for children in our Youth Services Department: the Krayon iPad Kiosk and Playaway Launchpads!
“The Krayon Kiosk is a great companion to the AWE early learning station,” said Leann Skeens, Youth Services Department Manager. “More children have the opportunity to participate in educational and fun computer activities in the Library. The experience is positive and they want to come again.”
And if the iPads are in use... not to worry! Patrons can use their own smart phone, tablet or laptop on the Library's Wi-Fi, to access ABCmouse whenever - and wherever they are - in the Library by browsing to http://abcmouse.com/library_account.

Roselle Library card holders can check out a Launchpad tablet for a week to explore and discover the various apps.
Executive Director Samantha Millsap said, “With touch screen devices becoming more present in our lives, in and outside the home, it is exciting to offer our young patrons these tablets which are just for them and full of interesting and educational games.”
Roselle Public Library is located at 40 South Park Street, Roselle, IL.
