Let the reading (and fun!) begin!

The Festival of the Realm is history, but A Midsummer Knight's Read is just beginning!

- Drop-in Monday mornings between 10:00 and 11:30 a.m. for "Make-It Mondays." Crafts with a medieval theme for preschool through 5th graders.

- Wednesdays are "Grandparents Got Game!" day, from 1:30-3:00 p.m. Games, crafts and snacks for grandparents and their grandkids to share.

- Thursday afternoon, beginning at 2:00 p.m., there is always something special going on. This Thursday, drop-in for Medieval Movie Madness: swords, dragons and princess-saving on the big screen! All ages are welcome. (Check the calendar for upcoming Thursday afternoon specials - some require registration.)

Summer storytimes begin this week; 6-week sessions for children, infant through preschool. See the calendar for details.

And, of course, don't forget what it's all about! Register for summer reading; log minutes, or pages, or books - whatever your program requires - and let the reading begin!
