Butterflies and Annuals in Your Garden

Two upcoming Sping programs will help you be green and have a beautiful garden!

Preserving Habitats for the Monarch Butterfly:
Sunday, 5/2, 1:30-3:00 p.m.
Learn about the life cycle and migration patterns of monarch butterflies and how to help preserve butterfly habitats by establishing monarch way stations with butterfly experts Jane Foulser and Pat Miller.

Palette of Annuals:
Monday, 5/3, 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Why limit yourself to marigolds when there are so many annuals for your garden? Master Gardener Joe Sable from the University of Illinois Extension Services in DuPage County covers old favorites as well as some newer annuals in this slide presentation.

Register online, by phone (630-529-1641 x222) or in person at the Library; 40 South Park Street, Roselle, IL 60172.

These two programs are part of the Library's "12 Months of Going Green" programming.
