Knitting Circle Update

The Knitting Circle at Roselle Public Library has been busy with charitable projects. In October, the group donated several afghans to Project Linus and recently, holiday-inspired hats and blankets were donated to Advocate Lutheran General's Neo-natal Intensive Care Unit.

Adult knitters and crocheters of all skill levels are invited to join the Knitting Circle at Roselle Public Library. This is not a knitting class; it is an opportunity for yarn enthusiasts to get together and enjoy each others company.

Bring your own project or start working on a new project for one of our charities. In addition to Project Linus and Lutheran General Hospital, the group also donates to Stepping Stones and they have recenly begun working on chemo caps to donate to Northwestern Memorial's Prentice Women's Hospital.

The Group meets every other Saturday at 1:30 pm in the Library's Conference Room. Upcoming meetings: December 5 & 19. See the Library's Calendar of Events for more information.

Join our "Group" on Ravelry.com, too. (Search for "roselle")

The Knitting Circle accepts donations of yarn for their charitable projects. Washable, worsted weight yarn is preferred. Bring your extra yarn to the Circulation Desk and indicate that it is for the Knitting Circle. Thank you!
