Register for Summer Reading Programs Now

MISSION READ: to the Library and BEYOND!

Registration has begun for Summer Reading programs for all ages!
- Children birth to 6th Grade. Register at the Ask Me Desk in Youth Services. Read, be read to, or listen to books checked out from this library. Log the minutes at the "Ask Me" Desk to receive incentives and to qualify for grand prize drawings.
- Young Adults in 6th to 12th grade. Register at the Adult Services Reference Desk. Read 700 - 1,000 pages to earn incentives and to qualify for the grand prize drawing - "Extra credit" is available, too.
- Adults 18 and older. Register at the Adult Services Reference Desk. Read at least 5 books (or 4 books and 1 audiobook) to finish the program and to qualify for grand prize drawings.
- Families consisting of an adult parent/grandparent/guardian and at least one child. Register at the Adult Services Reference Desk. Each family member reads three books to finish the program and to qualify for the grand prize drawing.

Come into the Library to register, receive program instructions, and pick up your log sheet along with a free bookmark.
Lots of programs, events and storytimes are planned during the Summer Reading program. See information in the Summer Edition of Library Lights and in the online Calendar of Events.

The final day to log minutes, pages or books, and to receive prizes is Monday, July 30, 2007.
