Project Linus @ Roselle Library - Update

Project Linus is a non-profit organization that provides security, warmth and comfort to hospitalized children in the form of new, handmade blankets.
On September 11th visitors to the Library were invited to work on fleece blankets to be donated to Project Linus. With the help of members of the Roselle Rockers Softball Team, the Royal Radiant Rubies (Chapter 65101 of the Red Hat Society), Pack 194 from St. Walter's School, Library staff and many individuals, the Library donated 11 warm and cozy blankets to the West Chicago/Wheaton/Winfield Chapter of Project Linus. The blankets will be distributed to children at Central DuPage hospital.
Thank you to everyone who participated. You should feel warm and cozy, too!
