Summer Reading Programs are in full swing...have you registered yet? Stop by the Ask Me Desk to register for the Youth Services program. Register for the Young Adult program (7th - 12th grades), Adult program and Family program at the Adult Services Reference Desk. All readers are "Super Heroes; Powered by Books!"

Registration begins Monday for the Chess Workshop presented by Chess-Now Ltd. Learn more about this ancient game and surprise your opponents with an increasing understanding of strategies.
The program, for ages 7-17, takes place Thursday, June 30, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

The regular Monday afternoon Chess Club for ages 7 - 17, meets from 4:00 - 5:00 pm.

The summer sessions of Storytimes begin this week. There is still time to register. Call, stop by, or use our new Online Storytime Registration form.
Tuesday Storytimes:
- Toddler Tales, ages 20 - 35 months old, 10:00am
- Tots & Tykes, ages 6 - 19 months old, 1:00pm
- Family Drop-In Storytime, everyone is welcome, no registration, 7:00pm
Wednesday Storytimes:
- Preschool Storytimes, ages 3 - 5 years old, 10:00am & 1:00pm
Thursday Storytime:
- Morning Drop-In Storytime, everyone is welcome, no registration, 10:00am

Thursday afternoon, 2:00pm, Super Summer Hero Movie!
Drop by to see the original "Superman" movie with Christopher Reeves.
Rated PG for peril, mild sensuality and language.
Recommended for children grades 2-6. (Children under second grade must be accompanied by a parent.)
Popcorn will be served.
A special drawing will be held. Winners must be present.
No registration is necessary.

Book Buddy Training takes place Thursday evening, 7:00pm. This training is mandatory for 7th to 12th graders who have signed up to be "senior book buddies."
