Weekend Programs

Don't miss the 10th Annual Model Railroad Showcase at the Library this weekend!
Children and parents who attend this year's event will have the opportunity to learn how to run a special train layout with help from some experts. The Showcase features an extensive running layout operated by the Midwest Division of Train Collectors Association, exhibits and collections from the Chicago & Northwestern Historical Society and the Milwaukee Road Historical Association, running layouts owned by several local hobbyists, and tips for buying your first model railroad layout.
There will be a special storytime held in the Youth Services Department.

On Sunday in Youth Services, it will be evident that the Holiday Season is upon us! Drop-in from 2-3:30 for a First Sunday Crafts session. Participants will make holiday ornaments that will be used to trim the Roselle Community Holiday Tree at Brookfield Zoo on Saturday, November 20.
Call the Youth Services Department for more information about First Sunday Crafts and/or the tree trimming at Brookfield Zoo, 630-529-1641, ext. 351.
