This Week (11/14-11/20) @ Your Library

Registration begins Monday for several programs sponsored by the Adult Services Department including Jacqueline Kennedy: the White House Years, Magic with Kevin Wilson, Soups & Breads and Getting Started in Genealogy. See the Calendar of Events, or the current Library Lights newsletter for dates and times of the programs.

Learn to navigate the Internet with confidence on Monday at 10:00 am. Participants will get hands-on experience using search engines and other Internet services. Registration is required for Internet 101.

A is for Apple Harvest, a Kindergarten-First Grade Stories and Craft program, will take place Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Children will enjoy stories and verse about this delicious fruit and contruct and "appleman" puppet. Registration is required.

Also Tuesday, at 7:00 pm, All the Pretty Horses by Cormac McCarthy will be the topic of the Adult Book Discussion group. Newcomers are always welcome.

The Library will open late on Friday to allow staff to participate in an in-service program. The Library will be open from 1:00 - 5:00 pm on Friday.

Saturday, at 10:00 am, learn how to sign up for a free, online email account on the Internet. Participants in the Introduction to Email program will get hands-on experience on the library's computers and learn how to compose and send messages and work with email attachments. Registration is required.

Also on Saturday, join the Youth Services Department at Brookfield Zoo as they decorate the Roselle Community Holiday Tree. Tree trimming will take place at the zoo at 11:00 am.
